Today’s lunch was unique and the highlight of the Salkantay trek. After about 3 hours of hiking and using the last part by van, get ready to join Pachamanca Barbecue, an ancient traditional underground stone grill. After burying your food, you visit an organic coffee farm and make a cup of coffee.
